Let’s get you verified.

Simple and private

How verification works

Four short steps. Nothing is published, and no ID documents are ever requested.

  1. Step 1 Tell us who you are

Name, email and phone. About 30 seconds.

  2. Step 2 Confirm your room

Type the code, or pick it on the map.

  3. Step 3 Show you live here

Your internal intercom nameplate. Never an ID document.

  4. Step 4 We check and email you

A real person reviews it, then you get an email.

Ready? The whole thing takes about a minute.

Step 2 of 4

Your room

Enter the code exactly as it appears at FDH.

Not seeing a suggestion? Type the code exactly as shown on your contract, intercom or postbox. You can still submit for a manual check.

Your proof
Step 3 of 4

Your proof

One clear photo. Never an identity document.

Proof photo

Photograph the nameplate on your internal intercom.

Your proof stays private.

It is stored only for verification and supervision, then deleted six months after your involvement ends.

Review and send
Step 4 of 4

Confirm your consent and send your application.

Applications are not yet being accepted. The form will open soon.

Submitting does not grant immediate group access. A person reviews every registration.

A useful reference

Your intercom

Use the nameplate on the intercom inside the building, directly outside your WG, apartment, or room. It should be clear and readable.

Keep the nameplate sharp and readable, with enough of the internal intercom visible to show where it is.

A street-accessible intercom or postbox is not sufficient evidence. Do not upload an ID card, passport, Aufenthaltstitel or rental contract. If you do not have this exact proof, upload what you have and the team will review it manually.
